Procedure for booking confirmation.
For the booking confirmation, you need to deposit at-least 50% of the total package amount which will generate a confirmation number. The client/you can hold this as a hotel confirmation number. The remaining amount should be cleared before check-IN.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
If canceled from 00 to 20 days before the check-in date 100% booking amount will be charged.
If canceled from 20 to 30 days before the check-in date 70% booking amount will be charged.
If canceled from 30 to 40 days before the check-in date 30% booking amount will be charged.
No refunds for unused nights or early check-outs.
No refunds would be offered on the government ferry & private ferry tickets, if already purchased.
Any bank charged for international bank account will be borne by the customer.
Charges shall be made as per our cancellation policy. The hotel is not responsible for room cancellation or for the cancellation of FLIGHT/FERRY..
